Interesting happening regarding campaign signs

So it seems that some candidates have been told to take their campaign signs down by the big out-of-town developers who control the big parcels of land where campaign sign have been traditionally placed. These out-of-town developers are backing Ginger Coleman.

Ginger Coleman is the wife of Randy Coleman and Daughter in-law to Carl Coleman. Carl & Randy are owners of Altec Engineering, a civil engineering firm. Altec Engineering does the majority of zone change and subdivision applications in the Town of Apple Valley. Ginger is also employed by Altec.

It is clear that these out-of-town developers are still dedicated to eliminating the 1/2 acre per home standard required by Measure N. Evidence of this is "the Mansions", a high density housing project. Three councilmembers approved over the protest of a substantial number of citizens. These three council members are Nassif, Jasper & Allen. Councilman Roelle & Sagona voted against the zone change. Councilman Allen called the citizens who opposed the project "no-growthers". Considering the zone change was approved in the long established residential agrilculture zone is evidence that these three councilmembers have no regard for the rural standards intended by Measure N. If Ginger is elected she will join Nassif and Allen in putting the final nail in the coffin of our "rural" standards.

Nassif and Jasper have come out in support of Ginger Coleman and have secured substainal out-of-town finanicial support for her. The very numerous four color signs are evidence of these developers extreme finanicial backing of Ginger.

I urge you to vote for Daniel Seagondollar and Councilman Rick Roelle for Town Council.

Campaign Sign are out

We've sited our big 4'x8' campaign signs. My son Brandon and his roommates, Robert and Tom, from college helped. Since they all had busy weekends planned they decided it would be fun to start at midnight on the 20th (the first day signs can be erected). So we started at 12:00am Saturday morning and placed the last sign at 3:00am. It was a great bonding experience between Brandon and myself and I'm sure he and his friends will be bragging about the Great Campaign Sign Caper for years to come. I have distributed 100 small yard signs. I have 200 more signs ordered with a delivery date of 9/27. Leave me a comment or an email to get a sign for your yard.

The Begining.

This is the beginning of my Blog. I look forward to hearing from everyone. I really enjoy hearing from those of you with opinions different than my own. Please keep it positive and constructive. I realize not all subjects can be presented dripping with syrupy goodness but give it a try. Welcome.
